The front of the medal depicts the portrait of Somdet Phra Maha Wirawong (Ouan Tisso), a highly respected senior monk of the Thai Sangha who played an important role in the Buddhist community of the Nakhon Ratchasima region.

The reverse shows a sacred Buddhist emblem symbolising protection and auspicious merit. The medal was commissioned by lay devotee Khun Nakorn Thodthong and the blessing ceremony was presided over by Phra Ratchawimonyaan (Thong Sai Chantasobhano), abbot of Wat Thep Phithak Punnaram.

Medals honouring revered monks such as Somdet Phra Maha Wirawong are valued by devotees as reminders of their teachings, spiritual merit, and the continued preservation of Thai Buddhist tradition.
